The Manor
The main house of the manor was built by Christian Frederik Gyldenkrone in 1778. It was designed by the architect Zuber and represents the transitional period between baroque, rococo, and classicism.
The park is laid out as an English landscape garden with a large lawn and isolated trees. The original design was that of a baroque garden, with straight lines interacting with the main building. The present romantic garden with winding paths and an artificial dolmen was designed to offer small surprices to the garden wanderer.
