Welcome to our website!

The English version of our website is under construction. We expect it to be online mid-May 2013.

Moesgård Museum is merged with Odder Museum and is even responsible for the Viking Museum in the heart of Aarhus. The website will present exhibitions and activities taking place at all three museums. Moreover you will find information about our other work and research.  

Moesgård Museum will be closed from October 1st 2012 due to the preparation of exhibitions in the new museum building, which will open to the public in 2014.

Opening Hours

July: Tuesday-Friday 10 am - 4 pm, Saturday-Sunday 10 am - 5 pm Closed mondays

August-May: Tuesday-Friday 1 pm - 4 pm, Saturday-Sunday 1 pm - 5 pm Closed mondays

Admission

Children 0-17 years: admission free

Adults: 30 DKK

Students and pensioners: 20 DKK

Groups (min. 10 people): 15 DKK
